1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FreshHire's AI-powered interview preparation platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

FreshHire grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service for your personal interview preparation purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Modify or copy the materials or software
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
  • Share your account credentials with others

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. After the trial period ends, you will be required to purchase a subscription to continue using premium features.

Subscription Plans

Our subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit during interview sessions ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant FreshHire a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Store and process your interview recordings and responses
  • Use your User Content to provide feedback and generate performance reports
  • Improve our AI algorithms and services (in an anonymized, aggregated form)

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FreshHire Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. AI-Generated Feedback

The feedback and analysis provided by our AI coaching system are for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the AI feedback will be error-free or suitable for all situations. The Service is not a substitute for professional career counseling or interview coaching.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service, including interview success or job offers.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRESHHIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FreshHire Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
